My name is Tea Weber, I am a schema-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic (CTB) Coach and Andragogue. My personal brand is my birthright gift, that I am highly sensitive and perceptive, I am empathetically attuned to, and I am affected by people and their issues, and I have an eager willingness to support further improving themselves. At Tea Weber Solutions, I offer short-term, Low- and High-intensity, schema-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic coaching and skills development courses.

My vision is for the individuals and teams I coach to grow in self-awareness and mindfulness, to recognize their learned helplessness, connect with their vulnerable selves, adaptive and maladaptive schemas, ingrained beliefs, and negative automatic thoughts, so that they can design and realize their desired, transformed future selves, live the life they dream of, and be healthy, happy, and fully self-directed.

My mission is to guide my clients on their path of self-reinvention by allowing them to reconnect with their own birthright gift. I accompany my clients passionately as they rediscover themselves and become empowered to design and implement their own life management practices to enable them to have balanced and functioning interpersonal relationships and thus achieve their life goals.

WHAT IS CBT?

CBT is a short-term therapeutic method that approaches mental health problems such as anxiety and depression with a corrective intent. Prevention is certainly better than remedying existing problems, however, CBT can be used at any stage, as CBT techniques and methodology are designed to increase mental resilience and prevent the development of potential future emotional disorders.

As your CBT coach, I will accompany you on your journey and guide you as you delve deeper into self-awareness, applying CBT as a daily practice and a philosophy for living. As your character develops day by day, you will become more emotionally mature and resilient, gaining greater assertiveness and moral integrity. You will be able to plan the life you dream of and that gives you meaning and purpose, to learn how to cope with your difficulties, control your anger, to tame your unhealthy passions and desires that lead nowhere, to experience everything that brings you joy within healthy boundaries, to endure pain with patience and dignity, to work through your losses, and to face your fears with courage.

The goal of our CBT therapeutic coaching is to help you acquire healthy thoughts and strengthen your conscious presence, while gaining a deeper experience of mental well-being and fulfilment.
